Dr. El-Youssef's educational background includes a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from George Washington University. Additionally, he holds a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University. He also holds a master’s degree in Intelligent Systems and Networks from the State Polytechnic University of Kharkiv.
