George Guszcza, D.Eng.

Dr. George Guszcza is an Adjunct Professor for the Online Engineering Programs at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dr. Guszcza has over 25 years of industry experience specializing in major program and megaproject management, infrastructure, and disaster response and recovery across the US, UK, and the Middle East. At Michael Baker International, Dr. Guszcza is the Chief Transformation Officer leading strategic planning, operational excellence, and technology, differentiation, and innovation (TDI) efforts focused on next-generation technology enablement, workflow, organizational design, and integration of AI/ML in the program, project, and heavy civil space.

Dr. Guszcza holds a D.Eng in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, a MSc. In Major Program Management from the University of Oxford, Said Business School, and a B.S. in Sociology from the United States Military Academy.
