Dr. Moses Adoko is an Adjunct Professor for the Online Engineering Programs at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. He has over 23 years of working experience with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) supporting various technical programs and projects including the development and implementation of the NASA Systems Engineering Procedural Requirements (NPR 7123.1) policy. At NASA, Dr. Adoko serves as Chief Knowledge Officer of the Goddard Space Flight Center. In this role, he provides strategic oversight and leadership for technical and institutional knowledge management programs across diverse business lines, including space science, engineering, advanced technologies development, program and project management, and safety and mission assurance. He also serves as coordinator of the NASA Goddard Senior Fellowship program, a scientific and technical advisory committee made up of distinguished scientists and engineers, recognized for their accomplishments and contributions. His research interests include the management of complex systems development and the engineering of resilient systems.

Dr. Adoko holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the George Washington University.
