Dr. Mohamed Elbasheer is an accomplished Oracle Systems Architect, Data Scientist, Cybersecurity Professional, and Adjunct Professor with over 30 years of experience in information technology spanning enterprise systems, data science, and cybersecurity across multiple industries. With over 25 years at Oracle US, he has supported enterprise clients including Boeing, Amazon, Intel, PayPal, PG&E, T-Mobile, and numerous Fortune 500 companies, designing and implementing comprehensive database, AI, and machine learning solutions tailored to diverse use cases, seamlessly integrating technical innovation with strategic business and operational needs.

Dr. Elbasheer's research focuses on user-based sequential modeling using Transformer Encoders for insider threat detection, exploring advanced methods to identify anomalous user behavior and strengthen organizational security through data-driven approaches. Dr. Elbasheer holds a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) in Cybersecurity Analytics from the George Washington University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Database Technologies from Regis University.
