Cory Fagan, D.Eng.
Cory Fagan currently holds the role of Research Advisor at The George Washington University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). His journey at SEAS began with his doctoral research towards the development of a mathematical optimization technique to prioritize maintenance activities for critical shore infrastructure and facilities used by the United States Coast Guard.
Dr. Fagan's educational background includes a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from the George Washington University. He also holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy. He is a licensed and registered Professional Engineer in the state of Connecticut and holds several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and senior (Level III) Department of Homeland Security Acquisitions Program Manager.
