Sean Baggott, Ph.D.

Dr. Sean Baggott works at the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance at the United States Agency for International Development. Prior to this current role, Sean was a member of the Faculty at the Joint Special Operations University, where he specialized in counterterrorism and cybersecurity programs. Sean is an adjunct professor at The George Washington University, DC, where he teaches Cyber Forensics and Cyber Resilience, among other courses.

Sean holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering Management as well as degrees in business and law. His areas of research include Risk Analysis Framework for Cybersecurity Attacks on the United States electric power grid.
