Michael Ross, M.F.A.
Michael Ross is an Adjunct Professor for the Online Engineering Programs at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and faculty at Chapman University in Orange, CA. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a global entrepreneur, professor, and award-winning documentary filmmaker passionate about technology, education, scaling start-ups, and empowering teams. Mr. Ross is a highly connected and resourceful innovator, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation worldwide.
As the co-founder of DOXA Talent, Mr. Ross helps companies consciously leverage highly-skilled, global talent, where he creates meaningful work for more than 1,000 of his employees. He serves in key leadership roles as an Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) member. He manages the organization’s relationships with the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, IFC/World Bank Group, and the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) program. Out of 19,000 members, Michael was honored to be the first recipient of EO’s Global Citizen of the Year Award. He currently serves on the boards of several organizations. He is called upon to speak for his expertise in education, negotiation, communication leadership, filmmaking, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leveraging organizational culture to drive positive change.
Mr. Ross is earning his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Maryville University in St. Louis, with anticipated completion in Fall 2024. Mr. Ross holds a Master of Fine Arts in Documentary Filmmaking from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Grove City College in Pennsylvania.
