Domingo Rivera, D.Eng.

Dr. Domingo J. Rivera is an adjunct professor for the Online Engineering Programs at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dr. Rivera has over 20 years of industry experience in Cybersecurity with U.S. Government agencies and with some of the largest technology companies in the world. Dr. Rivera has a Doctor of Engineering in Cybersecurity Analytics from George Washington University, an M.S. in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, and an LL.M. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Dr. Rivera is also a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
